My Interviewing Process
- I shall conduct the needed interviews to select the requested candidates by matching their competencies with the provided job profile.
- Each candidates of the short list (2-3 Candidates per position) will be personally interviewed.
- The interviewing process shall cover the knowledge, skills and behavior traits that match the job profile.
- The interview will cover wide variety of key skills (Communication, teamwork, decision making, etc…) and behavior traits depending on the job profile provided by the client.
- Computer test or language test can be conducted for specific positions.
- Salary Negotiation and Reference Checking shall be provided to complete a successful placement assignment.
