The Balanced ScoreCards

The balanced scorecard is a management system that enables organizations to clarify their vision and strategy and translate them into action. It is a management tool that provides stakeholders with a comprehensive measure of how the organization is progressing towards the achievement of its strategic goals.

A balanced scorecard is a management decision tool. It is intended to be a framework for linking strategy with operational performance measures.  In practice, it is an integrated report, usually showing diverse areas of performance of an organization.

At the end of this workshop, participants should be able to:
