My Interviewing Process

  1. I shall conduct the needed interviews to select the requested candidates by matching their competencies with the provided job profile.
  2. Each candidates of the short list (2-3 Candidates per position) will be personally interviewed.
  3. The interviewing process shall cover the knowledge, skills and behavior traits that match the job profile.
  4. The interview will cover wide variety of key skills (Communication, teamwork, decision making, etc…) and behavior traits depending on the job profile provided by the client.
  5. Computer test or language test can be conducted for specific positions.
  6. Salary Negotiation and Reference Checking shall be provided to complete a successful placement assignment.
